The sirloin is cut from the loin near the rear of the animal. With a generous covering of fat to give amazing flavour when cooked, this is a tender steak that melts in the mouth. Our beef is sourced from Yorkshire suppliers that age their beef for at least 21 days to ensure an incredible beefy taste.
